You have the LaGree Fitness track on lock, but how’s your relationship with food? PPDTLA’s star trainer, Meg Colvin, is debuting her Wellness Program at PPDTLA with a 4-week schedule designed to guide you on how to sensibly approach your meals. Also included in the program are daily workouts and meditative/me goals to help you find that balance with work.
PRICING: $75/person for groups of 3+ from the same company; $100 for individuals. Contest participation not required to sign-up for 4-WEEK NUTRITION PROGRAM.
