Signing up for your discounted first class at PILATES+DTLA is quick and easy!
The $10 First Class Offer is open to anyone who has never taken a class at our studio. Students who have attended a PPDTLA class via ClassPass are ineligible.
$25 NO SHOW / $15 12-HOUR LATE CANCELLATION POLICY.
Registering for your first class serves as your agreement with PPDTLA’s strict 12-hour cancellation/no show policy. You will only be charged if you do not show up to class or do not cancel your reservation at least 12-hrs prior to your class start time. The no show fee is $25 and the late-cancel fee is $15.

** I’M RUNNING LATE – WHAT SHOULD I DO?
For your safety, new students are NOT allowed to attend a class if they arrive after the session has started. Get to know the area and parking options ahead of time and arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class.
** I HAVE NEVER TRIED PILATES. CAN I TAKE A CLASS OR SHOULD I DO A PRIVATE SESSION FIRST?
We recommend that all new students start off with a FORM class. It’s a slightly slower paced class focusing on proper form and technique for all exercises. The workout is intense but the routine is kept simple to make sure everyone is using good form. However, if you have chronic back pain, painful joints or a severe medical condition, consult your physician before starting any kind of fitness regimen. Consider booking a private session to assess your fitness level and to review proper technique.
** HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST CLASS OR PRIVATE SESSION?
If you are not familiar with our studio location, familiarize yourself with our location in advance: here. Please arrive at least 5-minutes early to sign a digital waiver, meet your instructor and go over proper use of the equipment.
Most importantly, bring a positive attitude. Leave all your worries behind. The class is for you, not the others around you. You need to be present minded when working out to maximize the benefits of the class.
Bring a towel as you will most likely sweat.
We encourage you to bring your own water.
Wear comfortable workout clothes that allow your muscles to stretch and your skin to “breathe”.
Grip socks are required for all classes for your safety. Please make sure that the sole has a grip, regular socks are not allowed. Socks are available for purchase at the studio for $12-18.
Remove any dangling jewelry.
Wash off any perfume prior to class to respect any allergies of your fellow students and wash your hands and feet of any lotions to prevent slipping.
Turn off your cell phone prior to class.
** HOW OFTEN SHOULD I ATTEND CLASSES AT PILATES+DTLA?
The Lagree Fitness workout is designed to work your body to muscle fatigue at which point you need to rest. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover. We recommend attending 2 to 3 classes per week to allow your body to properly recover and repair. Some students love the workout so much that they come 5 or 6 times a week. Listen to your body.
** WHAT IF I CAN’T COME TO CLASS AND I HAVE ALREADY BEEN CONFIRMED? WILL I BE CHARGED?
Yes, even if it’s your first time. We require a 12-hour notification before making any kind of changes to your schedule. The same rules apply to all unlimited class series. You will be charged the $25 no show fee and forfeit the class, or a $15 late-cancel fee each time you cancel or reschedule a class without giving us 12-hour notice or if you do not show up for class. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
