NEW! GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED
Grip socks are required in all classes. This is a mandatory policy for your safety. Loaner socks will be available until 11/1/19 only. Grip Socks are available for purchase at the studio, $12-18.

RESERVATION & CLASS PURCHASE POLICIES

PURCHASES
All sales are final.  All class packages are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be pro-rated.

CONTRACT HOLD/EXTENSION
You may place your contract on hold or extend the expiration date of your contract for a $50 fee for up to 4 months.  To request a hold or extension, e-mail us.

NO SHOWS
If you do not show up for your reservation under any contract, you will be charged a no show fee of $25 and Single Session / Series Package members will forfeit the class.

LATE-CANCELS
Any reservation cancellations made within 12 hours of a reserved class start time will be considered a LATE-CANCEL.  Late-canceled reservations incur a $15 late-cancel fee.

FEES
No show and late-cancel fees will be charged using the credit card on file.  Failure to have a current card on file may result in cancellation of your future reservations and/or suspension of your account.
